Checklists

• The Checklists have been separated out to their own document. These are specific to the way the BCF operates and are generally not applicable to other delivery teams.

• We’ve included our checklists as a separate document for interest/inspiration.

• This makes the flight plans a few pages shorter and easier to navigate.

Removing Foundation-specific roles

• The Foundation’s courses have a “BCF Ambassador” who does the “why we are doing this” sections of the course, particularly in the Afterpary. We’ve changed this to “Sponsor”

Updated the Front Matter

• Reduced the amount of screen space taken up by the legal license. It is important but we wanted to balance the legal with something a little more interesting.
