How research collaboration works
We commit to Open Science. All research partnerships prioritise transparency, ethical practice, and contribution to public knowledge.
1. Initial consultation
Discuss your research questions, study design, and how Better Conversations might fit as an intervention or research tool. We help assess feasibility and alignment with existing evidence.
2. Co-design study
Collaborate on research design, measurement instruments, data collection protocols, and ethical approvals. Access our existing research tools and benefit from our experience running intervention studies.
3. Support implementation
We can help deliver the intervention, train facilitators to maintain fidelity, provide ongoing consultation, and troubleshoot implementation challenges as they arise.
4. Co-publish findings
Work together on data analysis, manuscript preparation, and publication. We're committed to open science and sharing findings with both academic and practitioner communities.
Start a research conversation
Research collaboration details are still being developed. We're actively interested in working with researchers studying conversation, team dynamics, and organisational change. Let's have a conversation about what might work.
